Please note that these new communications channels do not replace any of the existing technical support systems, such as TCC, and clients should continue to log support calls through the normal channels.

The forums are not moderated and they do not substitute for the Total Client Care program. However, topics under discussion may provide an idea for an eNews article or a technical document on the Ingres Support Web Site.
